Find Digs is committed to providing equality and fairness to all our properties. We want to ensure our accommodation is a place where students can thrive and feel comfortable. Discrimination of any kind is not welcome. We are opposed to all forms of unlawful and unfair discrimination, and can ensure that these issues will be resolved if they ever occurs within the accommodation. We also remain up to date with all national equality laws. Applicants to our properties are all viewed on a first come first serve basis without any bias.

Any resident who experiences discrimination from a neighbour or member of staff whilst living in Find Digs’ accommodation should immediately report it either to the on-site team at reception or the Student Experience Manager. Students who have acted in a discriminatory manner towards other residents will be asked to leave their tenancy and won’t be welcomed back.

As an accommodation provider, employer, and business partner, we aim to promote equality and prevent discrimination. This policy is fully supported by senior management and has been agreed to with our student representatives. This policy is to be reviewed annually to ensure that it is kept up to date.
